Big double bedroom in a friendly flat

Hello!

we’re Eva and Mary, two flatmates who became friends thanks to a successful Spareroom match in 2021 <3 We’ve lived in this flat for over 3 years now and have loved it. We are looking for someone with an equally busy social life who wants to live in a homely flat and hopefully end up becoming friends. Ideally we are looking for another single, good time gal with a full-time job aged somewhere between 26-30. You’ll be taking over a bedroom from our third flatmate who is (sadly for us but exciting for her!) moving up to Manchester for a new exciting chapter. The bedroom is 2.25m x 3.75m, has a double bed, two big windows with a lovely view on the street and lots of space. There is space for a desk for any wfh girls. The whole flat has recently had all carpets redone, has a bathroom with a bathtub/shower, a spacious living room and a kitchen with a washing machine, airfryer etc.

Eva is a Scottish Graphic Designer - she loves Eurovision, her dog Nevis (he lives in Glasgow), running, TV and musicals (Hamilton is her favourite), sparkling water when she’s hangover, Tennents beer and dancing.

Mary is a beauty PR from Poland - she loves her job (it comes with a lot of freebies!), cats (her two cats live in Warsaw), running, reading, New York City, Taylor Swift, spicy margaritas always and dancing.
