Light, spacious double room in Kilburn

Hi, I’m looking for someone to move in to the spare room in the two bed flat I’m currently renting. My friend Helen is moving into her own place, the move in date is a bit up in the air until everything goes through on her new flat but should be end of October beginning of November, let me know when you’d need to move in by and we can figure something out.

The room is a large double, fully furnished. With shared kitchen, bathroom, large shared living and dining area. The flat is in between Kilburn Park and Queen’s Park there’s loads of nice restaurants and bars, we’re also close to Queen’s Park and the canals. Theres also a Sainsbury’s and an Aldi about 10minites walk away.

A bit about me, I’m 30, female and i work in fashion. I’m relatively clean and tidy. I’m at work 5 days a week very occasionally wfh but not often so if you need to that’s absolutely fine and the room has space for a desk or you can work in the living room.
