Cosy room in Kilburn Park

Hi all !! I’m moving out of this friendly and chilled flat so the gang are looking for someone new to move in around the end of September

The place is a 4 minute walk from Kilburn Park station (bakerloo), and 7 from Kilburn High Road (overground), with loads of handy buses about too. It’s also an easy walk to the neighbouring areas of Maida Vale and Queens Park nearby

We have 2 bathrooms, a separate kitchen and living room, as well as a garden - so bonus points if you have a green thumb!

You’ll be living with a friendly and easygoing bunch - Mads, Adam, and Josie - as well as Beau, a sweet but shy cat
We all like a chat when we’re around the house, and are usually up for the occasional pub trip/other sociable bits when schedules align, but also respectful of each other’s space and need to do our own thing

Boring money bits: rent is £600, and we also put £150 in each month to cover bills and communal bits and bobs such as cleaning supplies, oil, etc
