I own and live in the flat but will be away during May (from the 5th to the 2nd of June). Perfect for someone looking for a short stay in West London or is in between rentals.

The flat is fully furnished, including a spacious living room with a couch, large TV and a working desk with multiple monitors, as well as a balcony.

The room has a large bed and one side of the wardrobe is empty.

Bathroom has a large bathtub and the kitchen is fully equipped.

The flat is on the first floor (with elevator) and is a 5 min walk away from Kilburn Park station (Bakerloo line), 3 stops away from Paddington and 8 stops away from Oxford Circus.

Kilburn High Street, with all the amenities, is a 7 min walk away.

Rent: 1500£ (bills included)
Deposit: 350£ (refundable at the end of your stay)

Caveat: I own a cat (Wolfie!) that will stay in the flat. So it's not suitable for people that don't like or are allergic to cats. He is a peculiar looking cat (see picture) and will need you to clean its litter box once per day and feed him a pouch of wet food per day as well. Other than that, the automatic feeder handles the rest, you might need to refill the water fountain every week or so but that's it.

Ideally looking for someone that likes pets and would see Wolfie as an added bonus and not as a chore. He is a very playful and sociable cat, who will definitely sit on you when you're in the couch and sleep in the bed with you (if you allow him!).
