30 mins to the city

Hello hunters,

Flat available from the 21st Sept (flexibility here if needed) in Kilburn. Thankfully, you can completely avoid the high street as it’s a two-minute walk from Kilburn Park station in the Maida Vale direction. Paddington rec is a stones throw away if you have a good arm and a couple of you’re a little puny. Bank is 35 mins away regardless of gun size.

Warwick Avenue and the crossing are close if you’re into Duffy(?) and/or The Beatles as they are surely your only reason for moving.

As for the flat, it’s a clean, modern flat with the general knocks and landlord specials. Bathroom is nothing to write home about but the boudoir is spacious and the ceilings are very high. Haven’t measured, certainly over 6 foot. Kitchen is good; hob works.

I spend most of my time in parks/seeing friends, otherwise am into running, cooking and reading. Maybe you can mention introverted but friendly so there’ll be no social pressures etc., they can just do their own thing. Just looking for someone clean and respectful, ideally professional and not student, and obviously who pays their bills on time since those get sent to me. Hope that helps!

Oh rent is 1025 I think; deposit just under 1200. Unsure exactly what bills are but I don’t think they’re heaps. Christina is your best bet there.
