Large Double Room in Sociable 3-Bed Flat

We’ve got a big double room available in our 3-bed flat and are looking for someone to join our home.

The flat has a spacious kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer), a shared living room, a full bathroom plus separate WC, and plenty of space to make yourself comfortable.

Rent includes all bills (utilities, Wi-Fi, council tax) and a weekly cleaner, so no extra costs or cleaning rota dramas.

You’d be living with:
• Thom – a primary school teacher, regular gym goer, big reader, and massive sports fan (Arsenal for football, Harlequins for rugby).
• Charlie – works full time as a civil servant, into most sports (both watching and playing), loves the theatre, and after a year in London is always up for socialising with flatmates.

We’re looking for someone who’ll treat the flat like a home – respectful, tidy, but also sociable and happy to hang out over a chat, a meal, or a trip to the pub.
