Double room in amazing flat in Kilburn Park

Hi There! This is Martina. My friend is moving out so I’m looking for someone to replace her from the beginning of February.

The room available is a double bedroom, in a 2 beds, 2 bathrooms flat.
The other room has an en-suite so you’ll have the main bathroom mainly for yourself.

The room comes unfurnished so you’re welcome to bring your own furniture, bed, mattress and wardrobe. More storage space is available in the living room if required.
We brought in all of the furniture in the living room so you won’t need to be bringing any of that.

The flat has high ceilings and big windows so there’s plenty of sunlight and it’s in a renovated building so it’s well insulated.

The flat is in Kilburn Park area, in a quiet street off Kilburn High Road. So it’s in an amazing location close to many shops and tube links but also and 10 mins walk from quieter Queens Park.

Location is great for commuting, with Barkeloo, two overground lines and Jubilee line within all 15 mins walk.

You’ll be sharing with myself. I’m in my mid 30s, work 9-6 as civil engineer and in my spare time I like picking up some more creative hobbies such as painting and acting.
