After 3.5 years, I'm sadly moving out of my room in this lovely Kilburn flat. It’s been an amazing home, and we’re now looking for someone new to join the household!

The Logistics:

Rent: £600 pcm

Bills: £130 pcm (includes WiFi, Council Tax, Electric, Water, and communal essentials like toilet roll/cleaning supplies on subscription).

Contract: Rolling monthly contract with a 5-week deposit. We are looking for someone planning to stay 6+ months.

Available: 1st February.

The Room: The room comes fully furnished with a Queen Size Loft Bed & mattress, chests of drawers, table, and curtains. There is also a dedicated built-in wardrobe area for extra storage. It’s a great setup for anyone wanting to make the most of the floor space!

The Flat & Location: We are a 4-bedroom flat with a private garden. We’re tucked away on a quiet street between Kilburn Park & Queen’s Park.

7-min walk to the Bakerloo Line.

10-min walk to the Overground (Lioness Line).

Moments away from Paddington Recreation Ground and plenty of local shops/cafes.

On-street permit parking is available via the council.

The Flatmates: You’ll be sharing with three lovely, social professionals: Maddie (Artist/Charity Volunteer), Jamie (TV Industry), and Josie (HR in Fashion). We also have a very important fourth flatmate—Beau, Maddie’s small cat!

We’re a social house—often up for a chat in the kitchen, a movie in the lounge, or a trip to the local pub—but we all value our own downtime too. We keep things tidy with a simple weekly cleaning rota (meaning you only cover the communal areas once a month).
