Double Room on Belsize Road

Hello everyone. We have a room available in our 4 bed flat. All bills are included and it is £1000 a month.

Your potential room comes with a double, has a lovely wooden floor and is of considerable size. It is south facing so gets a lot of sun too.

The flat itself is very spacious and decorative (more art and plants are welcome). We have our own laundry room and a bar in the living room (plus a dartboard). The kitchen has an island and everything you need. It is a one bathroom (with a bath), however there’s rarely a queue. We have a roof terrace which will be great for the summer ahead.

We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful. We all have our own lives but we socialise often, whether that be going out for drinks or exploring the city.

Current tenants:

Tom 24, Gerry 32, Charlotte 25. We are all professionals working in the city. Two of us are hybrid working. We all like our music, quality food and good conversation.

We are 2 minutes from Kilburn High Road, 5 minutes from Kilburn Park and 15 minutes from West Hampstead and Swiss Cottage. (Lioness, Bakerloo and Jubilee). We are within walking distance to St John’s Wood, Maida Vale and Regent’s park.

We live above a pub and if you are interested in lending a hand behind the bar you are more than welcome to (remunerated, not obligatory).

We are looking to do viewings the week of the 16th march, and for you to move in before the end of the month.
