Large Double Room in Fully Furnished Flat

Hi! We’re looking for a woman to take over a spacious double room in our lovely two-bedroom flat, just moments from Kilburn Park Station. We are a 5 minute walk into the St John’s Wood and Maida Vale neighborhoods.

The room itself is very large, with beautiful natural morning light, and the flat is fully furnished and decorated to a high standard. There’s also two private patios in the front and back of the flat.

We have plenty of grocery shops, pubs, and restaurants within 2-10 minutes walking distance. Paddington Recreation Park is also 5 minuted away to get some fresh air or go for a run at the track.

I’m moving out to live with my partner, so you’d be sharing the flat with my close friend Marie — genuinely one of the easiest and nicest people to live with. She’s in the office five days a week, so the flat is usually quiet during weekdays and offers plenty of flexibility for working from home.

Marie is tidy, respectful, and sociable while still appreciating personal space. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the gym, playing tennis, traveling, and spending time with friends. She’s originally from Belgium, grew up in the Netherlands, and speaks fluent French, Dutch, and English.

We’re ideally looking for someone similar — clean, considerate, and easy to live with — who’s looking for a comfortable and welcoming home rather than just a place to stay.
