The room is bright, clean and spacious, with direct access to a private garden patio area. The patio is a great extra space to relax, sit outside, or enjoy some fresh air while still having privacy.

The room comes furnished with a bed, mattress, storage/shelving, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Please note the wardrobe and chest of drawers are not shown in the photos, but they will be provided.

The flat also has a large kitchen/dining area and a shared bathroom.

Rent is £1,250 per month, with bills included — WiFi, electricity and gas. The price can be negotiable for the right person.

Please note: This room is available for SHORT-TERM STAY ONLY, with a maximum stay of 2 months. It would be ideal for students, working professionals, couples, people temporarily working or studying in London, or anyone needing accommodation for a few weeks or up to 2 months.
