Beautiful double bedroom in shared flat

Our flatmate is moving out, so we have a very nice, fully furnished double room available in the 1st week of August.

It is a really nice flat with 3 double bedrooms. It was recently renovated with wooden floors in all common areas! Moreover it is spacious, sunny and warm. We share the living room, kitchen and bathroom.
The room is good size, fully furnished and with reasonable storage area.

Moreover, the flat is at a fantastic location, just 5 mins walk from Kilburn Park or Queens Park and close to buses that can take you to the city, Notting Hill, Camden Town and lots of other locations.

You will be sharing the flat with 2 more girls. We are sociable, like to go out or have friends over but we would not bring the party home. We are 27 and 29 (hungarian and greek), and although we met as flatmates, we became friends. We like to keep the place clean and homely as it is our home not just a place to stay. We are looking for someone in their 30's or late 20's (27+) who is responsible but is also easy going and sociable and who wants to stay long term, minimum 9 months.

There is a one month deposit for the room and the rent is payed one month in advance. The bills are not included in the rent and come to around 90£ per month.
