It has great connection with any area of London - busses to Chelsea, Victoria station (takes 25 mins to get to Victoria!), busses to Waterloo via Oxford and Regents streets, etc. Kilburn High Road overground station (8 mins to Euston) is 3 minutes away, and Kilburn Park (Bakerloo line) is 5 minutes walk from the flat.

Maida Vale, Little Venice and St Johns Wood are all within walking distance, too.
