If you are a SOAS master's student looking for a room 20 min walk from SOAS for mid July till mid September, this is perfect.
My room will be available from 14th July till 16th September at Paul Robeson House. My tenancy agreement finishes on the 16th September but if necessary you can ask the management staff at the students halls for an extension. I have been living at Paul Robeson House for 2 years and I had an amazing time and made very good friends :) I am sad that the time to leave has arrived already...
Rent is £160.22/week - all included and ensuite room! Very good deal for this location.
My room's on the ground floor and facing the backyard so it's bright and quiet :) Also, the kitchen is massive and the cleaner comes every week (Fridays) so it's always super neat.
