You'll be sharing with Monia (Moraccan/Italian), a 23yr old law student and Chris(French/English), a 32 year old account manager in the creative industry. They are both clean, respectful and equally always up for a laugh.

The monthly rent is 1470 without bills. The bills (gas, electric and council tax) would come to about another additional 50-150.
