Double room available in a 6 person, 4 storey house located near King's Cross station. The bedroom to let is on the 1st floor at the back of the house, overlooking the garden. 2 bathrooms, 1 with a bath.
All occupants are currently 21-22 year old female students from UCL (3 medics and 2 science master students).
Looking for someone ideally as long term as possible to replace current housemate who has now finished university. We're a social house and enjoy cooking together etc so would be nice to have someone who would fit in well.
3 of the current occupants are smokers - but we don't smoke indoors as the garden is nice!
