15mins walk to Kings Cross / Granary Square, 10mins to Caledonian Road Station and 2mins from Caledonian Road & Barnsbury (On the over ground). Off the main road in quiet block of flats. Local shops such as Co-op, costa, bars and restaurants are all less than 5min walk. A little further 15min walk to Upper Street Angel.

Flat
The flat has been completely refurbished including new underfloor heating, boiler, ensuite, kitchen, finishes throughout and a new private garden. The private garden leads onto a big open green area which is nice for relaxing in summer. Between the garden and flat there is a raised terrace (with some storage underneath, plenty more internally) that is partially covered and ideal for sitting out on a summers evening. The flat is open plan kitchen / living / dining and comes with all kitchen equipment including dishwasher and large fridge / freezer. The hall way has a large storage cupboard with washing machine.

Room
The room is a large double room with separate ensuite. The room has a newly built double height wardrobe (fits clothes for 2 people). Double bed, beside locker and chest of drawers fit comfortably in the room. There is also ample room for work desk if needed. Two big windows and a third smaller one ensure sufficient natural light. Ensuite comes with larger walk in shower, sink and toilet.

Flatmate
The second room will be occupied by myself, an Irish professional working near Liverpool Street Station. I enjoy being sociable and relaxing in the flat but like to have my own space too. Work keeps me pretty busy, but aside from this I enjoy exercise/gym/sport, getting out and about, Normally would travel quiet regularly between work and weekends away. I tend to leave early in the morning (to go to gym) and normally return home from work around 8pm when back in the office.

Flatmate Preference
Looking for someone friendly and easy going who are happy to share in a flat but at the same time enjoy their own space. Laid-back, similar interest types and will treat the flat like a home.

Bills
Bills all included. Currently have BT and superfast broadband.
