Hi all,

I have to unfortunately leave my really cool studio flat on Gray's Inn road (Kings Cross) and am looking for somebody to take over on a new contract. You would normally take over for a one-year fixed term contract, renewable.

The studio is very decent size with an enclosed bathroom and well functioning amenities/water and exceptionally well located - a 2 minutes walk to King's Cross/St Pancreas Station, Granary Square and plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants around the area.

Comes with:
- Double bed
- Storing draws
- Wardrobe
- Bookshelf
- kitchen table and two chairs
- Heating plate, microwave, kettle, iron, ironing board, drying hanger

No oven. I bought a really helpful portable washing machine for £70 which I willing to sell to the next occupier if s/he wants it.

The price is very competitive compared to other central London studios as it's £900 per month, all bills included, except for council tax and broadband (for you to get your own plan). Council tax is about 40-50 pounds per month.

You need to be able to provide a lot of documents to the agency, such as a credit check, bank statements, previous addresses, and proof of income etc.
