I will be one of the tenants.
I am french, graduated from UCL end of 2020 and I am now working from home.
I am very clean and tidy and hoping to find flatmates who also keep the common spaces very clean.
I will add more equipments to the kitchen such as microwave, boiler and juice extractor.
