We have a small double room becoming available in our lovely 2-bedroom flat on the second floor, and we’re looking for someone ASAP.

The flat features a bright lounge/dining area with comfy sofas, a modern fully equipped kitchen, fast broadband, and a sunny roof terrace.
The available room is quietly located at the rear of the flat, overlooking the garden.

Located in the heart of King’s Cross, the area is lively — so if you’re sensitive to noise outside, keep this in mind, though the room itself is calm and well-situated.

You’ll be sharing with:
• Charles, an architect researcher
• Victoria, a French music professional and badminton enthusiast

We enjoy shared meals, good conversation, and a relaxed, social atmosphere at home.

All bills are included, and we rent directly from the landlord (no agency fees).
