We have a room opening up in our flat and are looking for a flatmate.

All bills are included.

This is a large double room in a spacious flat with a big comfortable lounge/dinin g room, a modern kitchen and a sunny roof terrace to watch the world go by.

The room has a double bed, wardrobe, masses of fitted shelves and a small desk. It occupies the whole top floor of the house, with windows in both directions, so it’s almost like a little studio flat. It also has a fair amount of extra storage space.



There is a spacious lounge room with comfortable squashy sofas, a dining table which is nice for entertaining and a fully equipped modern kitchen.

The flat is nicely decorated and recently carpeted so it is fresh and nice. It has big windows and high ceilings so it is very light and bright.

Sorry, no students, no unemployed, and there is NO room inside for bikes. All bills and wi-fi are INCLUDED in the price.

It is on a main road in central Kings Cross, and above a cocktail bar, seconds away from all the tube and bus routes you could possibly want. This is City Living. You can definitely hear traffic noise with the windows open, and in the living room you can hear music from the bar downstairs, so if you are a hermit seeking solitude in a cave, this isn't the place for you.

The other flatmates are nice, friendly professionals and very clean and tidy, and that's what we expect from a new person. Messy, overgrown students need not apply
The house has one bathroom, a decent sized living room with balcony and an open-plan kitchen.

You’d be sharing the flat with two housemates: Morteza, an Iranian façade engineer with a passion for opera, and Victoria, a French music professional who also enjoys playing badminton.

We like to hang out in the living room for meals and socialise together.

We're fairly open-minded about what we're looking for in a housemate.

Thankfully there is no letting agent, we rent from the landlord directly.

Our landlord has said he won't accept students or couples - sorry...
