You will share the property with one housemate who is a professional, 28 y/o and works as date analyst. The housemate prefers to chill in her own cozy bedroom after work, so the living room is quite free most of time.

There are 1 bathroom with power shower, 1 separate toilet, lots storages, a nice and big kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, etc..

Bill is around 50£ per month.
