Bright and spacious double room in Kings Cross

I am looking for someone to take over my contract as I am moving back home to work. The room is very big, has high ceilings and is on the 2nd floor of a large town house. BILLS INCLUDED! It is very comfortable, great for having people over and is fully furnished. The TV, plants and decorations are my own but I am happy to sell the plants/tv on if anyone would like them. The bathroom is shared with one other person (female) as there are three alternative bathrooms in the house as well. The house itself is large, has a garden, and everyone living here is lovely and is up for chatting in the communal kitchen. There are two kitchens which are equipped with all necessary cooking facilities. The house is in a great location, could not be more central and there is access to everywhere you could think of! 5 mins from Kings Cross and close to several universities:)
