I am looking for someone to take over my en-suite studio flat at Urbanest St Pancras. It's a beautifully appointed self-contained studio apartment on the fifth floor, excellent for individuals looking to live independently. It features a built-in desk and desk chair, a comfortable double bed with memory foam mattress, underfloor heating, a wardrobe and lots of storage. The galley kitchen comes equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave/grill, fridge/freezer and storage space. This room has a great view out towards the courtyard with a partial view of the canal. I am looking for somebody to take it over from approximately July 20th until end of August, the original weekly rent is 439GBP, however I am willing to sublet it for 200GBP, which includes broadband wifi, gas, water, heating and any other utility bills.
