2 double rooms in a terrace house in Kings Cross

We have 2 double rooms to let, 1 from 1st September and 1 from 1st October. We're looking for flatmates to join our home so not suitable for a short-term let of a few weeks.

The house is situated right next to Granary Square and Coal Drops Yard, which offers plenty of pubs/bars, restaurants and shops and it is a short walk to Angel and Upper Street. Regent's canal and KX and St Pancras are 5-10 minutes walk away so it is easy to travel anywhere by train!

The house is terraced with front and back gardens. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. There's a kitchen/dining room with a separate living room (with TV and all the necessary add-ons) and broadband is pretty fast. There is 1 full bathroom and 1 additional toilet.

The house was refurbished in September 2022 with a new kitchen, flooring and was decorated throughout. Each room has a double bed and large storage cupboards.

Bills come to approximately £100 per month, on top of the rent. They include everything: utilities, council tax and Wi-Fi.

The flatmates are professionals who have been in London for a few years. Vicki is a Doctor and Marco works in digital (and Reidar is a researcher at UCL who’ll be leaving in Oct). We keep the house clean and tidy and tend to chat in the kitchen or sit out on the terrace if anyone’s around in the evenings. We're big foodies so when our schedules align, we organise big meal to eat together or test new food spots.
