Double room in Bloomsbury

Hello! I am looking for a friendly flatmate to our join our place in King’s Cross / Russell Square (current flatmate moves back to Switzerland end of Aug).

The space is a 3-bed flat in a 6-storey block, very close to King’s Cross / St. Pancras station. Very close to the Eurostar, national rail and underground. There is also a Santander cycle stand right outside and plenty of buses, which go in all directions of London. There is a pub diagonally across the road with lots more around the area too.

The room is furnished with a double bed with underbed storage, desk, chair, wardrobes, drawers and a bedside table. We have a lovely bathroom with a rainfall shower and attachment, and a separate loo and sink. The kitchen is fully stocked with a fridge/freezer, electric oven/grill, gas hob, kettle, toaster, instant pot and dishwasher. We also have a washing machine and tumble dryer which is very convenient.

The large shared living room has a 6-person dining table, sofa and a 42'' TV. We also have an XBox, board games, Netflix, iPlayer, Google Chromecast and Google-home lights.

I'm 39, British and work in finance. I like sports, socialising, going to a nice pub, vegan food and coding. My flatmate is 24, Australian, works in tech. He's into volleyball and volunteering. It's an LGBT -friendly space.

Bills are all included - council tax (Band D), super-fast fibre internet, electricity, water, gas and a cleaner. Also includes loo roll, washing up liquid, hand wash and cleaning products.
