I am leaving London to go travelling so need to find a replacement to take this great room in the King’s Cross area. A really well-cared for flat with some great, unique characteristics including a spare room for guests to stay in and large, private, south-facing garden (great in the summer).

The Flat
Large 4 bed, 4.5 bath flat split over two levels with private garden and spare room. There is a shared lounge and kitchen with dishwasher.

The flat is located a ten-minute walk from King’s Cross St Pancras station which is super convenient for getting around. There is also a huge choice of bars and restaurants on your doorstep in Coal Drops Yard as well as Waitrose and Co-Op supermarkets nearby.

Room
Double room with south-facing window overlooking the garden. Comes fully furnished with bed, desk, bedside tables and huge wardrobes. Really cosy space with lots of natural light.

The bathroom for this room is not an ensuite but as the other flatmates all have ensuites, you will be the only one using this bathroom. It comes with a shower over a bath and the water pressure is excellent!

Flatmates
Three professionals all around 30 years old from Poland, New Zealand and Australia – a very international mix!

Lease
The lease ends in mid-September at which point you will have an opportunity to sign up for another year. Bills are about £200 per month on top of rent.

Viewings
Looking to do viewings 13th December to 21st December and from 9th to 15th January. Move in date can be fairly flexible in January.
