I am a postgraduate student at University College London and I am looking to sublet my current student accommodation as I am planning to return to my home country in the near future. I would like to rent it from the end of March to the beginning of September, but the exact time can be discussed. As it is a student flat, I would like to sublet to someone who is also a student. My room type is 3b2b and the rent is 269 per week including all bills. I can go through the official contract of the flat. The room is located on the 13th floor, the roommates are two girls, very nice! Three people share the kitchen and two bathrooms. There is a laundry room and common room on the same floor which is very convenient! The postcode of the flat is N1C 4BF, 20-25mins walk to ucl, 390 downstairs is very convenient to the city centre, 10mins to kings cross metro station. 5mins walk to waitrose/Sainsburrys/Iceland; 10mins walk to daily supermarket/Tesco.
