Short term 1.5 months - Kings Cross all bills inc.

Hi there,

I'm subletting my room for 6 weeks, from 20th December until 1st February 2025 (Flexible).

£950 for the whole month, with bills included (or £160 per week)

The apartment is located right between King’s Cross St Pancras and Angel (5-10 min walking distance each). In terms of space, there are 3 separate bedrooms, one bathroom, one communal living space with a small kitchen and a spare room which is mainly storage.

The two girls that live here are lovely, so I would like to find someone just as nice to be sharing with them for this one month :) They are both called Stephanie (funny enough) - however one is from Australia and the other from England, 30 years old and 28 years old.

Requirements:
• Preferably female
• Non-smoker
• No couples
• No pets
• Someone clean and tidy
• Someone who respects and is considerate with others, quiet.
• Preferably someone who is not working from home all the time
