We have a lovely, fully furnished room with ample daylight, available for a girl starting from the 2nd of August.

The rent is £1150 with everything included ( council tax, bills and internet )
The terms of the tenancy are as follows:
- 1 year contract
- 2 months notice
- 1 month as deposit to be paid in advance
The flat is located right next to Granary Square and Coal Drops Yard, and 5 mins walking distance from King's Cross tube station and St Pancras International.

The room comes with a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a desk.

The small bedside table and chair belongs to current flatmate - you can decide whether to buy it or remove it. There is also a storage room shared with the other two flatmates. The Bathroom is shared only with one other flatmate.

The closest supermarket is a Waitrose located within 2 min walk, and there is a Tesco as well about 10 min walking distance.

You will be sharing the place with two other female professional flatmates. Please note that there is no living room.

We are looking, ideally, for a friendly and easy going female professional.
We are looking for someone respectful of each others’ space, given that the only communal room is the kitchen.

We like to keep the place tidy and very clean
