We have a lovely, fully furnished room with ample daylight, available for a girl starting from the 1st of October.

The rent is £1200 with everything included ( council tax, bills and internet )
The terms of the tenancy are as follows:
- 1 year contract
- 2 months notice
- 1 month as deposit to be paid in advance
The flat is located right next to Granary Square and Coal Drops Yard, and 5 mins walking distance from King's Cross tube station and St Pancras International.

The room comes with an en-suit bathroom, a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a desk with a chair with lots of extra space for more.

The closest supermarket is a Waitrose located within 2 min walk, and there is a Tesco as well about 10 min walking distance.

You will be sharing the place with two other female professional flatmates.

We are looking, ideally, for a friendly and easy going female professional.
We work from home most of the time, therefore we are looking for someone respectful of each others’ space, given that the only communal room is the kitchen.

We like to keep the place tidy and clean ( we are considering getting a cleaner - TBD)
