The 3-bed, 2-bath flat is fully furnished with a large open-plan kitchen/living area, patio and communal garden. This room has its own en suite bathroom.
We are three siblings who own the flat; one (Catherine) lives there and there is one other lodger occupying the other room. Catherine will have an initial conversation with you and show you around and one of her brothers will arrange the paperwork and payments.
Minimum 2-month stay with rolling 2-month notice both ways.
We’re a friendly, clean, calm household—social but respectful of space. Looking for someone who does not work from home, keeps things tidy, and is quiet at night. There are some building façade works ongoing but it is still a relaxing space.
We share cleaning on a rota and value kindness, communication and inclusivity. LGBTQ+ friendly, environmentally conscious home.
