Hello there! My housemates are moving out of this bright and ultra-modern 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment by the end of our current lease (28th June 2024). We don't want to give up this amazing spot, but as they are moving in with partners / moving back home, their rooms are going up for grabs.

Room 1: An airy double room with its own external toilet and built in wardrobe. The shower is in the third larger toilet, shared with only one person – (£1,353pm bills not incl.)

Room 2: The master room with an ensuite, a large and bright room with a large bed and lots of storage space - (£1,548pm bills not incl.).

The Flat
You will be about 10 minutes walking distance from King's Cross/St Pancras Station, alongside being close to Mornington Crescent and Camden Town stations, where you can access the Northern/Picadilly/Victoria/Circle/District/Hammersmith lines or hop right onto the Eurostar. We are walking distance to Euston and have the lovely canals at our doorstep.

Plenty to do in the area including countless restaurants and bars, walking to Coal Drop's Yard (visible from flat), fitness centres and Camden Market or going for a stroll in Regent's Park. If you like more of a quiet evening, enjoy the sunset over the canal from our spacious balcony or up on the building’s massive private roof terrace where barbeques are often held in summer.

Building has strong security (key for entry and lift access) and all parcels are received through the concierge next door. The flat is equipped with washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, all the kitchen essentials, iron, etc.

Weekends are usually easy going and we occasionally have mates over for dinner parties/drinks or simply enjoy parking up on the couch watching a film/fighting the Sunday Scaries. We have managed to maintain a professional and homely atmosphere in the flat and would like to keep it this way!

The current flat consists of myself and two other lads - one English and one Kiwi.

We currently have a cleaner who comes every fortnight for £23 a person (additional cost), but this can be rearranged/discussed depending on preferences! The rest of the bills work out to around £150/160 a month pp all inclusive.

A little bit about us
We are an easy-going bunch and sociable housemates, working as professionals in the city. We are fairly active with our own social lives and fitness activities/sports. We've (partially) settled into our late 20s/early 30s now but nonetheless we are usually down for a pint or glass of wine after work or on the weekend!

My current job sees me working from home a lot of the time, although the other two are usually in the office. We all have our own wfh set-ups! and I do go into the office as and when I’m required.

We tend to work hard during the week, hit the gym and have home-cooked dinners in the flat, whilst kicking our feet up or exploring much of what London has to offer with mates during the weekends.

A bit about you
If you are a sociable, tidy and professional flatmate with an easy-going and friendly nature, you might be well-suited to our home! We are looking for the right fit so we will be holding some viewings after work hours or on weekends!

We were previously a mixed-gendered household so it will all depend on your personality and how well you would get along with us :)
