The official contract for the exchange student dormitory requires students to present their student ID.

Facilities: Six-story ensuite bathrooms, free Wi-Fi, a communal kitchen (with a fridge, microwave, and oven), a laundry room, many public lounges, many study rooms, study rooms with computers, 24-hour front desk security, free printers.

Transportation: A 390 bus is located right below the building, reaching UCL within 25 minutes, and King's Cross and St. Pancras stations are within a 10-15 minute walk. Waitrose, Sainsbury, and local supermarkets are within a 5-10 minute walk.

Safety: The surrounding community is very clean and safe, with UAL's CSM, Google, Samsung, and Facebook all located nearby.

Environment: There are grassy areas, fountains, squares, many restaurants, clothing stores, bookstores, and cafes. There are often various markets nearby, and there is a canal nearby.

Dormitory management: Regular checks will be made by dormitory managers to ensure the cleanliness of the communal kitchen; parties are often held in the dormitory; maintenance workers are prompt.
