En-suite double room in bright modern flat

The flat is on the third floor, on a lovely road just a stone's throw away from King's Cross (10-15 mins walk). On the way you can pass Granary Square, Coal Drops Yard and Regents Canal. If you go the other way (7ish minutes), you'll get to Caledonian Road & Barnsbury overground station. Nearby, there is a big Waitrose for the weekly shop and many smaller local shops for more urgent needs out of hours.

The room is modern and bright, and comes fully furnished. The en-suite has a shower (pictured). The flat also has a kitchen/living space with lots of space for food storage. There is also a family bathroom (that the other two housemates share).

Bills are not included in rent price, all bills (electricity, internet, water and council tax) are shared equally between the three of us (around 150/month). Also Deposit is 5 weeks with scheme(safe).

You'll be living with me (Efran) . Computational designer and 30. Cecile artist and 28. Our flat has both sociable and laid back vibe, and ideally we will keep it as nice, respectful and friendly as it is. Cleanliness is extremely important!
