I’m looking for someone (UK student only) to take over the contract for my 30 m2, En-suite room with private bathroom and kitchen.

- Available from 01 July to 01 September 2024.
- 5 mins walk from King Cross station, Tesco Express, Sainsbury, and 1 mins walk to Coop supermarket, the place is quiet and very safe.
- Surrounded by UCL building, very centre, walkable to Russel Square, Regent Park, The British Museum, Soho, Oxford Circus, Trafalgar square etc.
- Building amenities included study lounge, laundry room, and gym
- Original on website is £450 per week, all bills included.
- The reason is that I have finished all exams, and want to fly home.

***If you are interested, I am happy to provide you all clean double bed set, pan+kitchen utensils, shelves, clothes racks, you can just move in with one luggage😊

If you like the place, perhaps you can just inform the staff for extension (they are very friendly and supportive), if not you can just move out without any additional cost by 01 Sep 2024. Cheers!
