Room with bathroom, modern 3-bed 3-bath (2 floors)

Hi!

Are you a chill, easygoing, and respectful person looking for a nice flat in London madness? We are halfway there : )

My sister and I are looking for a flatmate.

The house is 2 floors, and quite sizeable for London standards. Each has its personal space.

Our friends tell us that we are very easy-going and easy to live with. If we had to name 3 requirements are:

1. Peace during weekdays. We all work a lot in London, so it's nice to feel that we can relax back home after a long day at work without fuss/noises/drama etc : ) Simply, a safe place that I guess everyone needs. Most likely all of us will have slightly different sleeping/working schedules, so being respectful of that is probs the most important. Weekend is weekend ofc!

2. Clean. Kitchen clean after cooking etc. Common sense here. But if the common areas are nicy and tidy, then it's more enjoyable for everyone : )

3. Nothing more really. Just need to match our vibes a bit. Just need a positive person, happy and not grumpy, a team player, kind : ) You can be crazy, that's ok :P

Few things about our lives:
My sister works as a PhD student at Imperial. I work for a Hedge Fund. We have been living together for quite a few years in different stages in our lives. Latest episode is London. We think we are openminded and relaxed. She is funny for sure, i try my best. We love the flat and we decided we are better-off living with someone vs moving in a 2-bed the two of us.
