Cosy double room avaliable in Kings Cross!

Hi everyone! We're looking for a friendly flatmate to join our Kings Cross 3 bed/3 person flatshare. Perfect for someone clean and respectful who’s always happy to have a friendly chat in the communal spaces! Bonus points if you are skilled at keeping houseplants alive :)

We are hoping to having weeknight viewings the week commencing 12th August!

Ideal move-in: early September (flexible)
Bills extra (usually £130-£150pcm)

The room:

The room is partially furnished, so it comes with a double bed/bedframe but no clothes storage (the existing flatmate had space for a standalone double wardrobe and clothes rack that she'll be taking with her). However, it used to be the lounge, so it comes complete with a TV, couch, and some built in wall storage!

The area:

The flat is on a quiet backstreet in zone 1 (yes, they exist!). It's a 5 mins walk from Kings Cross tube station (Circle, Piccadilly, Victoria, Northern, Thameslink, etc.) and has great bus connections.

A 15 min walk from Angel high street which has a big Sainsbury’s, Iceland, Waitrose and M&S, or a 5 min walk from a Tesco Express and Sainsbury’s Local.

Plenty of green spaces nearby, plus we're a 5-minute walk from the canal and Coal Drops Yard!

The flat:

It's a 1st-floor flat with lift/stairs. There's a shared kitchen, large bathroom and communal building garden. No lounge, but the kitchen is pretty big and great for a hangout!.

You'll be with Lauren and I who are young professionals. I work in a museum and Lauren works in tech. We’re both pretty easy going and like to hang out on occasion with a friendly catch up in the kitchen or at one of the many pubs/restaurants nearby!
