If that is not possible, we may be able to accept rent in advance options, or UK Guarantor(s) that would need to have 3x the annual rent in income. Please enquire for further details.

The property in total has 9 ensuite rooms over 3 floors. This en-suite room shares the bottom kitchen with 2 other rooms.

The 6 other en-suite rooms on the floors above have their own separate kitchen. The building is divided to give each room good kitchen space.

THE HOUSEMATES
We do our upmost to bring together housemates that will gel well together and be of similar age and are overall 'good people'. This is why we rarely have rooms come available and many recommendations.
