- the flat was painted throughout in 2022 and in 2024, a new boiler was put in.

Access is via a metal grate staircase, so not ideal for mobility impairments.

About the current tenants:
I'm Laoise. You'd be living with me and my husband. We've lived at the flat for three years, we absolutely love it, it's really a home for us. We both work in live comedy and events, which means we can either be working from home, working nights, or suddenly on tour away from home for a month. We love to cook so the kitchen is pretty decked out. We're easy-going, clean, and friendly.
