I am looking for someone to take over my contract as I am now planning to commute from home and do not need this accommodation.

- Flat share (6 people in a flat)
- Large spacious kitchen with modern amenities
- Large common room in each floor
- Outdoor relaxing area with study pod
- 2 min walk to Kings Cross station
- 15 minute walk to UCL main campus
- friendly staff and regular get togethers, pizza party etc hosted by staff

- Start: any time now
- End date: 8th June 2025
- I have already paid a £500 deposit, so willing to waive that fee for any potential student who can take over my contract.
- Rent: £430 per week
- includes all bills, free wi-fi, water, electricity, heating
