Double Room Kings Cross

This is a newly leased double room in a house of 4 with 1 toilet and 1 bathroom. The room itself comes with a bed, desk, drawer and closet. It also has really good lighting when the weather allows for it. I’ve put this room up for this sole reason that I’m leaving London at the end of the year to go home (Toronto).
The bills don’t get past the 100£ mark so you can expect to pay 1100£ a month at most. We are arranging a cleaner to come on a bi weekly basis for the common areas of the house which include the washrooms, kitchen and living room.

The 3 flatmates you’ll be sharing the house with are genuinely some of the nicest people I’ve met during my stay in London. Very easy going and helpful people whether it be something related to the house or on going things.
As mentioned, the house was just taken over by the 4 of us and we are in the process of making it a home. All I ask from you as a tenant is to be respectful and tidy towards the space and the other flatmates.
