In her spare time, Rawan loves lifting weights and is always down for a yoga class. The ideal flatmate would be someone who enjoys occasional catch-ups and hangouts while respecting each other's space and lifestyle.
The flat/room:
1 bedroom available in a 2 bedroom, split over 2 floors in King’s Cross. Rent is £950pcm excluding council tax and WiFi, available from 10th February with 4 weeks deposit. 1 month contract initally as you will take over my name on the lease, but the option to renew for 6 months after the months is up - Rawan is keen to stay and the landlord, Ali, runs the deli downstairs and is keen to renew the contract!
Council tax is band D
The bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed, chest of drawers, table, and two wardrobes.
There’s no lounge in the flat, the vacant bedroom is on the floor with the kitchen, with the bathroom upstairs on the floor with the other room.
The bathroom has great water pressure in the bath/shower!!
The area:
The flat is above a deli just off the Pentonville Road. 10 min walk to Coal Drops Yard, less to Kings Cross St Pancras, and Angel is up the road. It’s unbelievably easy to get around.
