Double room in King's Cross with bills included

Hi there,

We have one room available in our flat and are searching for a new flatmate (subletting).

The apartment is located right between King’s Cross St Pancras and Angel (5-10 min walking distance each). In terms of space, there are 3 separate bedrooms, one communal living space with a small kitchen and a spare room which at the moment is mainly storage. The kitchen is small but fully equipped (including washing machine, freezer, microwave, oven). Every room comes with a bed, a small desk and an inbuilt closet. Additional (essential) furniture can be requested from the landlord.

We believe that introducing us on here is a bit too impersonal and we would actually prefer to have a chat in person or on the phone.

The price is £860 with all bills included, which is super rare to find specially in a good location!

Our criteria for a new flatmate:
• Non-smoker
• No couples
• No pets
• Someone respectful and mindful about others
• Someone super clean and tidy
• No students, full time professionals please
