the room is very large and fully furnished with bed, table, closet, chair, mirror, lamp and table/drawer as per pictures. the room also comes with a balcony and there is a garden/balcony downstairs as well. the house is big and we have a kitchen/living room space which is fully furnished as well including a TV, dryer, washing machine and microwave + oven.
Location is a 10 minute walk from kings cross tube, 5 min to coals drop yard (really amazing area/third space!). Prime location as its in central, easy to get around. Theres a tesco right behind, and a huge waitrose within a 5 min walk + iceland.
Located in a quiet residential area despite being very close to coals drop yard/king's cross !
Looking to sublet from 3rd week of June until 3rd of September. Bill is included in rent. Im flexible with the duration but am prioritising people who are looking to stay from June-Aug/June-July/July-September/July-August (1 month-ish stays)
