- Ground floor flat that’s fully modernised and renovated.

Your Room and Spaces:
- Double room, super airy and light with loads of all types of storage.
- All rooms in the flat are newly renovated
- The bathroom and toilet rooms are separated, and have underfloor heating.
- The kitchen is fully integrated with a washer, dryer, fridge, freezer, oven, electric induction hob & dish washer. Includes coffee machine, rice cooker and toaster.
- The living room has loads of space, a dining table, chill sitting area and a theatre projector.
- Office room is also communal and can be used when working from home.
- There’s also an outside patio area upon entering the flat.

Your flatmate:
Hi i’m Meer, a 30 year old male from London. I’m a professional creative and photographer, working in the Tech industry. I work a lot (mostly from the office), and enjoy the gym, films, photography, sports, video games and travelling.

You:
We are looking for a housemate who is easy going, clean!, and preferably also a professional. Someone friendly and easy-going with a healthy routine. I work in tech and like hosting friends and hanging out, so someone who’s social and potentially down for the occasional hang would be great!

Rent & Bills:
- Rent (bills not included): £1,400/pm
- Deposit: 5 weeks rent
