Room w/ private bathroom available in central loft

A room and private bathroom available for the month of July in a unique, well-designed flat in central London. Possibility to extend into August as well.

Once a sugar factory, this stunning space boasts high ceilings, abundant natural light, and unique character. The location couldn’t be more convenient: just a 7-minute walk to King’s Cross station and 10 minutes to Farringdon station, easily connecting you across London.

Renting out my room (with dedicated use of the hallway bathroom) while I am away. The flat has a large common area with fully stocked kitchen, living area, and dining area. There is also an outdoor patio with furniture and small grill. There is a washer/dryer as well.

My flatmate will be in the flat (though she may also travel for a bit during that time) - she has her own ensuite bathroom so will not be using the hallway one, which is for you. She is 33, professional, friendly but keeps to herself and is often not in the flat. She has a small dog that is very sweet, calm/ non-intrusive.
