Sublet available from May 1st to June 1st—dates are negotiable!
If you are looking for a long-term rental, the price is £850 per month (bills not included; bills are around £40 per month).
For short-term rentals, the price will be slightly higher (to cover the bills).

Location: WC1H 8BP
The area is full of supermarkets and shops! Extremely close to UCL.
The flat is all-female, so we are only renting to females.

My situation: I am currently in China for exams, but the exam has been postponed, and I’m not sure when it will eventually take place.
Although the sublet is currently planned until June 1st, I might not be able to return by then.
If someone would like to take the room for a longer term (the lease ends on August 30th), I am happy to cover the rent for the entire period—you can stay until August, and I will find short-term accommodation when I return to London.

Extras:
The landlord used to run an Airbnb, so everything you need is already available—plates, bowls, lunchboxes, etc.
The small green pot and frying pan are shared between my flatmate and me; I won’t be taking them, so you’re welcome to use them too!
The video doesn’t show the storage space and wardrobe, but they are actually quite spacious—plenty of room for your belongings, no worries!
