I'm flying back home this summer so my full-year studio is free from May 26th - September 7th. We could do the sublet by Unite Student, no contract worries.

Original rent: 435 per week --> 250 per week now. (priority for the full-time renters)
Feel free to negotiate the price with me if you cover the whole time.

It's a really good Unite Student student accommodation.

【Transportation】
UCL IOE is about a 15-minute walk away.
The main campus of UCL is about a 20-minute walk (you can also take the bus downstairs, which takes 3 to 4 stops to reach directly).
LSE is 29 minutes' walk away.
King's Cross Railway Station/St. Pancras Railway Station is about a 10-minute walk.
Angel subway station is less than 10 minutes' walk away. You can take the Piccadilly/Northern lines.

【Apartment Facilities】
It is equipped with a front desk, 24-hour service, and can handle courier collection.
It has a communal lounge, study room, laundry room, and a small garden.
There is a large parking area at the entrance where you can pick up packages, move house, and have supermarket deliveries delivered for unloading.
The apartment has a dedicated app for reporting repairs and responses are very quick. Notifications for receiving packages and emails are also given here.
The residents are mostly Chinese, with more females.

Equipped with a refrigerator (with freezing function), microwave oven and range cooker, induction cooker, separate bathroom, etc.;
There is ample storage space, with storage areas on both sides of the study desk and under the bed.

【Surrounding Environment】
【Shopping】：
Within 5 minutes' walk, there is Tesco; within 10 minutes' walk, there are Daily Supermarket, Sainsbury's, etc.
It takes about 12 minutes to walk from Angel to Chapel Market, where there are large supermarkets like Marks & Spencer, Waitrose, and Sainsbury's, as well as a shopping district (with brands like Uniqlo and L'Occitane).

【Dining】：
Within 10 minutes' walk, there are McDonald's, Starbucks, Costa, etc.
In the Angel Central shopping district, there are also Vietnamese noodle restaurants and other dining options.
Walking 16 minutes from Angel to the subway station, there are many cafes and dessert shops. There is also a Vintage market on weekends.
