Hi! I’m a 37-year-old professional looking for a kind, easygoing flatmate to rent a double room in my bright, character-filled flat near King’s Cross. My current housemate is moving in with his partner, so I’m hoping to find someone to recreate the lovely setup we had.

📅 Ideal For:
Someone based outside London who needs a place during the week (Monday–Friday). I’m open to other arrangements too — including full-time — if we’re a good fit (with rent adjusted accordingly).

Converted factory-style with loads of natural light

Spacious open-plan kitchen/living area — great for relaxing or the occasional dinner party

Just 7 minutes from King’s Cross and 10 minutes from the delicious chaos of Exmouth Market

🛌 The Room:
Bright double bedroom with soaring ceilings

Private bathroom just across the hallway — no sharing

Overlooks the train tracks — totally fine for most, but might not suit a super light sleeper

👋 About Me:
I’m warm, respectful, sociable, and tidy — but also value downtime. I work for a startup and usually WFH 1–2 days a week (from the kitchen table), so ideally I’d like to live with someone who doesn’t work from home full-time.

Weeknights are usually low-key: gym, dinner, a book, early to bed. I’m always happy to share a chat or a glass of wine when the moment’s right.

On weekends, I love soaking up everything London has to offer and spending time with friends.
