Hi! I'm a 38 year old professional looking for a kind, easygoing flatmate to rent a double room in my bright, character filled flat near King's Cross. My current housemate is moving back home to Switzerland, and I'd love to find someone who's a great fit.
📅 Ideal For:
Someone based outside London who needs a place during the week (Monday to Thursday). I'm open to other arrangements too, and rent will be adjusted accordingly.

Converted factory style with loads of natural light
Spacious open plan kitchen/living area, great for relaxing or the occasional dinner party
Just 7 minutes from King's Cross and 10 minutes from the delicious chaos of Exmouth Market

🛌 The Room:

Bright double bedroom with soaring ceilings
Private bathroom just across the hallway, no sharing
Overlooks the train tracks, totally fine for most, but might not suit super light sleepers

👋 About Me:
I'm warm, respectful, sociable, and tidy. I work at a fast paced scale up and usually WFH 1 to 2 days a week (from the kitchen table), so I'm ideally looking for someone who isn't home full time during the day.
Weeknights are usually low key: gym, dinner, a book, early to bed. I'm always happy to share a chat or a glass of wine when the moment's right. On weekends, I love soaking up everything London has to offer and spending time with friends.

Ideally need a second home in London for a few days a week (but I'm flexible)
Kind, respectful, and easygoing with a professional job
Non smoker, not a couple, and not someone who brings dates back weekly 😊
