This beautifully refurbished one-bedroom furnished flat on the 1st floor of a Victorian listed building is ideal for a professional or a couple who value their time.

The location is extremely convenient, as the flat is located within 7 minutes’ walk from the King’s Cross station, and not far from restaurants at the Exmouth Market and the Brunswick Centre. Access to grocery shops and plenty of good pubs nearby!

The living room is facing north and shaded by a big London plane tree, which makes it a great refuge from the recent heatwave. Two huge floor to ceiling triple glazed sash windows provide excellent light access. It has a huge, extensible sofa (that splits into two separate single beds), a nice wooden furniture, and a wood-topped kitchen area with an oven, gas stove, fridge and a microwave. Basics such as cutlery, plates, iron & ironing board, cloth drying rails etc. are provided.

The bedroom is south-facing and has a king size bed with a wooden wardrobe and huge shelves. There is a renovated bathroom and hide-away coat hangers in a storage space with a recently replaced washing machine and a boiler. The flat overall has plenty of storage, wooden floors and tall ceilings courtesy of Victorian architecture.

Heating and hot water is via gas, and cold water is unmetered. The bills are reasonable, I’ve been paying approx. £44/mo for water, and approx. £60/mo for gas and power over the last year. I have lived here since 2021, it’s served me well and I think it’ll serve you well too.
