Large double room, located near King’s Cross (N1) available end of August.

Large and bright double room comes furnished with bed, desk & chair, 2 wardrobes, heater. The house has a lounge, outdoor area, bathroom with separate WC.

We have a private landlord who is super lovely and responsive. They previously rented this property as an AirBnB so it comes fully furnished including washing machine, x2 dryers, dishwasher etc.

5min walk to King’s Cross
15min walk to Euston
10min walk to Angel high street
10min walk to Coals Drop Yard

£1200pcm + bills (around £120 pcm)

Current flatmates are two 28 year olds from New Zealand who work in recruitment. We are typically quite social (love a movie night, wines, etc) but also enjoy our own space.
